DEMOGRAPHICS
10,000 homes approximately in each Sydney Village area. We target local homeowners and families. Typically middle to upper income households in the community, a demographic that is shown to be glad to save when spending money on the services we promote.
Our approach is unique, no other mail piece like it is being sent out currently and those on the card will typically see positive benefits, sufficient to recoup their investment several times over, PLUS secure some mid-long term additional repeat customers (this is not like Groupon).
HOW IT WORKS
Our Mailer is sent out once a quarter to 10,000 homes in each target area (repeat advertisers tend to see a better result over time, just as with any advertising method).
If you wish to Co-Op a mailer and your own Ad for your area, you will need to do so during the development cycle. Our team will also consult with you to help create an advertisement and offer that generates results.
Development Cycle
Ads must be purchased in advance in order to allow time for design, print, bundling and shipping for a pre-booked mailing cycle. Repeat Ads can be bought in advance after the development cycle for the next following mailing for your specific area.
Terms
Since there are no contracts, there are no ongoing commitments and you will be able to continue with the service or opt out at any time. However, please keep in mind that each target area has a maximum (usually 14 Ads per Mailer) sent out every quarter. This has to be managed on a first come first serve basis, with business quality and exclusivity in mind, so please always call ahead or complete the application to see if space is available for your business and area. Of course, we cannot make any guarantee or claims regarding the success of any particular Ad or Offer.
So How Much Does It Cost?
There are no hidden fees, No Ad design costs, printing or postage, all is included!
(Remember we send out typically 10,000 ads per mailer!)
Each space measures approximately 4 x 3 inches and is available at $0.06 per household. So one 10,000 mailing costs you only $600 ... try comparing that with the usual (and less effective) method which typically costs around $0.42 per household (sometimes much more) ...
